  • Products marked as non-returnable (such as personalized or made-to-order items) are not eligible for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide the return address along with packaging instructions.

  3. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size, style, or item:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include clear photographs of the item and its packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation, typically within 3 business days

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and insuring higher-value items, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
