Once a customized or personalized product enters production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for change-of-mind reasons. However, issues involving damage, defects, incorrect products, or customization errors caused by us will be handled according to our applicable Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

We currently provide Free Shipping on all orders across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on location, courier serviceability, and circumstances beyond our direct control.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We do not offer standard returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, accidental ordering, or dislike of the product.

Eligible products may qualify for an exchange, replacement, or other resolution in cases involving:

• Damaged products

• Incorrect products
• Incorrect variants sent by us
• Eligible size issues, subject to availability
• Customization errors caused by us

Eligible issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons or customer-provided customization errors.

Personalized or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production or personalization has started.
